In its second year, the Level UP Gallia job shadowing program, led by Ed Moore and facilitated through the GVESC and Gallia County Job and Family Services, connects 36 high school seniors with 80 local businesses. Beyond job shadowing, Moore incorporates financial literacy and career exploration into afterschool programs at Gallia Academy, River Valley, and South Gallia High Schools. This initiative combines education and industry while also empowering students with real-world insights.
